U of M specialty pharmacy

These people need to be CROSS TRAINED and can not answer Basic Questions, they can access ALL of my MEDIAL Information. Most terrible experience I've ever had with a Business especially a Medical facility. Such Bee Ess. I get a different answer every time I call, the stoopid is GREAT!

I have to call every month to refill my prescription and I am stuck on hold for 15-40 minutes every single time. Last month I was on hold for 51 minutes. The staff and pharmacists are always polite and professional but the system needs to be fixed.

Takes one hour to talk to someone. I hate that I have to use this pharmacy. Adds too much stress. Do better

Very very poor system they have in place. Deliveries are never on time. So be prepared to run out of your medications.
