Main Street Optometry - Vision Source

I have been a client of Main Street Optometry for several years. I have had nothing but great interactions with everyone at the business. The staff has continued to demonstrate superior knowledge and they have been extremely helpful in assisting my husband and I with all of our optometry needs. Our recent visit exceeded expectations.

Nothing but a hassle. Somewhere along the way the lenses I ordered didn't have the transitions coating. I didn't find this out until a day after I picked them up and the sun was out. I had to take them back so they could order them again. I kept the glasses in the meantime which I was told would be 2 weeks. 3 weeks later after I did not hear anything I called them and they said they needed the frames back. Had to drop the frames off. Then I had to pick them up again, once done. Keep in mind I had to drive back and forth to their office each time, 4 trips, 5 weeks. I tried to just cancel the transitions, keep the first pair, and get a refund, but they would not do that.

Returned to Main Street Optometry after 8 years out of the state and they were as excellent now as in the past. Everyone was kind and all my questions were answered as we worked through my appointment. I feel very well cared for.

I had an emergency eye issue and was able to be seen within the hour, received medical treatment and started treatment. I will also be starting treatment for my extreme dry eye, ordering my contacts and continuing to see them for biannual eye exams. They are a truly full service vision center in convenient downtown Dexter.

Extremely thorough eye exam and everything is explained. Entire staff is professional and courteous. A+ to Penny for for repairing my frames!
