I'm shocked! It could be anything, but definitely not an emergancy dental office. I came with a problem with a broken temporary crown. I'm currently getting my teeth done in another state and I only needed to replace this temporary crown. I do not have any pain, which I stated. The office representative started telling me what additional services I had to do, X_Ray, in order to put in a temporary crown. I signed a refuse of X-Ray and said that I would not have any complaints and any claims in the future, just replace the broken temporary crown with a new temporary one. So that I could somehow chew and not swallow the broken one. I was told that the doctor would not do anything without this whole package. Dr. Murphy is brilliant; straight-forward and informative. The whole team was thorough and efficient. I had x-rays, scans, a cleaning, he told me what I needed to do going forward and we even had a chat for a few, and this was all under an hour. The ladies at the front showed me a clear breakdown of what I would need to pay and were more than helpful. Incredibly professional staff all around and a pleasant experience.

I came in because my wisdom teeth are coming in and I'll be needing them removed soon. This was my first visit to any dental office in NYC after moving to the city recently. I found them on Zocdoc and saw that they were rating pretty well. My experience was nothing short from my expectations. Everyone there was friendly, welcoming and so helpful when I had questions. Dr. Smith was there to go over my x-rays and explained very clearly what were my next steps in getting my wisdom teeth removed. I came out their offices happy and satisfied with the service i received. Definitely counting on them for all my dental needs from here on out!

Went for my first appointment today and it was amazing. The facility is pristine and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Smith is awesome, he is thorough and explained everything well. Looks like I found my new dentist. Thank You!

Kudos to the whole staff for making my daughters first dentist appointment a pleasant experience!!! My goal was to select a dentist that would not traumatize her like my experience in the past , the staff exceeded my expectation!!! Tamara is looking forward to going back for her next upcoming appointments. I am also excited to bring my oldest and switch my dental service to your office! I also used google search and reviews in my decision to select this office. I would have to agree with all the other post , they will make you feel comfortable and you don’t have the pressure of getting additional service . The dental office will explain dental care options in detail, explain what your insurance will cover and allow you to select the next service .
