This place is ridiculous!! Had my urine screen done over 11 days ago and still can’t get my results to start my job. Very unprofessional company! Should be ashamed of themselves to call them a lab, is hilarious! .

The lady up front had the most disgusting attitude I’ve ever been met with in my life! Didn’t even greet me. Just looked at me like like I was inconveniencing her. Then she got especially rude when I told her I’d have to spell my name out. Saw the reviews before, but definitely saw for myself what everyone was talking about!! Not sure how this place stays in business treating customers so poorly. Vile behavior from an older lady who knows better

This place is horrible. Their staff has no concept of customer service. You can be the only person in their waiting area and it still takes 30 minutes for a lab draw. They will walk by you multiple times and not acknowledge you, check you in, or even ask what you need. There's no formal check in process. There was one person waiting with me that said get previous visit, v the tech was so rude they made her daughter cry. I've tried multiple times over the years. Tried again today and it's STILL the same .. Maybe worse! Screw you people. I called my company, I'm going to FAST PACE Health to see if they can do any better.

My wife just tried to call this place and was hanged up when she asked if they had anyone that could speak Spanish. The hang up was right after the lady on the phone answered “no” makes me feel like this people might be racist. Then I called and asked the same lady what my wife needed done. And also felt like a rude person was on the other end of the line.AND also hanged up on me after saying WE DONT DO THAT HERE click. Even though in their web page it says that they do offer the service that my wife needs done. Very desapointed at their costumer service lady. If you have a bad they or have any other problems at home leave them there.

I was treated well however the employee doing my drug test nodded out literally around 30 times. I wasn't really sure what to do and that was uncomfortable. I'd suggest screening your own employees better. That same employee did lab work on the person before me. I wouldn't want someone poking me with a needle that can't stay awake long enough to even put a glove on.
