Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Logansport - IN

Every time I come here the staff is very pleasant. The doctors seem genuinely concerned and are great about listening and treating accordingly! My visits are ACTUALLY always “fast!” Lol they not only live up to their name, but they also administer excellent and adequate care! 10/10 PLUS, they are open when the other one is not! Go here, folks!

I was there with my brother. He was having problems understanding , also walking . They made us both feel at easy. I was new to his situation, she really helped him, made him understand the serious problem he was in. We had been at Parkview in the ER.several days before..waited over 8 hours for NO results and left without any information about his condition. Was told they were sorry but had a person slowly die ing with congested heart . . I dealt his was ignored because he was on Hippa. Needless to say I'm extremely impressed with Fast Pace Urgent care.

The facility itself was very clean, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the staff was disappointing. The environment felt unprofessional, and at times it did not feel like we were being treated by trained medical staff. People were walking in and out of the room talking casually, which made the visit feel disorganized. What concerned me the most was when the receptionist came in to swab my child for strep and did not appear to be wearing gloves. That raised serious concerns for me about hygiene and proper medical procedures. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this urgent care.

Fast and easy. The staff is so kind and understandable. They care about the patients. I've been there twice now and will go back if needed after office hours.

Wait time was expected and both nurse and Dr were extremely pleasant and efficient. This was our first visit to FP and I was really in need of care but not enough for an ER visit. We went to another Med place first but only one person was working there and too many patients already waited to gt in with no guarantee to see it happen. My care was fully explained (I am deaf) and I appreciate that!!
