Good communication when I call, appointments are on time. The post surgery care center was excellent!

I will avoid TCO in the future if at all possible. I visited the Waconia clinic yesterday for a foot injury causing a lot of pain. After waiting 45 min after the X-ray, the provider took a quick look at it, said they couldn't see anything and to set up the next appointment with their specialist (which will be weeks out). She never took time to even examine the injury close up to see if she could see anything not on the x-ray. They just wanted to shuffle me out the door, bill my insurance and then onto the next appointment to repeat. What is the point of urgent care, if you receive no care/diagnosis and if the providers there don't have any knowledge or training to treat anything? I received better advice from Chat GPT upon returning home.

Can schedule online, very friendly and professional staff, they even squeezed me in for a steroid injection as I was unable to go the next scheduled injection date. Would recommend to anyone needing their services!

I was extremely impressed with the prompt and professional care I received in the Urgent Care. Everyone I encountered from the gal at the desk, the assistant, X-ray technician and PA were very kind and compassionate. I highly recommend.

I did not receive quality care here. Providers should be professional: The PA I saw, Lauren Ingles, told me grumpily when she first got into the room that it was the end of her shift. It was a little before 2 and Urgent Care opens at 8, so she'd been there just shy of six hours. Telling your patient that you're sick of being at work is not professional. Providers should communicate well. Lauren did not provide me with any information beyond that I'd sprained my ankle, even though I asked. I would have appreciated better understanding my injury. Providers should be knolwedeable: Lauren told me that I would be up and walking in a couple days and that healing was "all mental." Sure, a good attitude helps healing, but healing from a sprain is literally a physiological process. What could
