** UPDATE- I’ve called 3 times to touch base with a manager. I’ve received 2 voicemails with no introduction as to who is calling me to address these concerns. They call from an unknown number, and do not leave a return phone number or a person’s contact name. I’ve taken hours of my time in attempt to communicate my concerns that should be valued by any professional health service. The main reason I am adamant about communicating my concerns- is that just before I went into my appointment, there was a sick girl and mother ahead of me- who walked out of their appointment, the mother turned to me and said “good luck”. Ann is terrible. I walked out of my appt. Terrible bedside manner. Told me prescribing antibiotics is sloppy. If I could give zero stars I would.

The lack of care and empathy by the PA was extremely disappointing. One of the most condescending and argumentative health professionals I’ve ever encountered. After suffering for 4 weeks with ear and sinus pressure & pain, I had to endure a prolonged lecture on the over use of anti-biotics from your provider. I repeatedly asked what else could be done if not anti-biotics. I did not want to continue the prolonged use of Tylenol & Aleve to deal with the pain as I had been doing this for over 2 wks. I was told nothing could be done. I just had to wait it out. Again, I’d been waiting it out for a month already. Left your clinic and went to a different urgent care and received a recommendation for a decongestant and prednisone to decrease the inflammation in sinuses and ears. Felt better in

No culture test for strep, they tried to explain why it’s not necessary even though most hospitals still use it. Suggested I go back to work with 100 degree fever while it’s 90 degrees outside and have a viral infection and wouldn’t write a doctors note to reflect that.

I went in for persistent cold symptoms at that time 10 days straight and was seen by Ann. She tested me for strep and they didn't have covid tests which was fine because I had at home tests which were negative. I suggested it could be a sinus infection and she told me those aren't as common as they seem so didn't want to prescribe anything. I asked for a note for my job and the note ending saying I was fit to go back to work. I still was not feeling good more than a week later and finally went into a park nicollet urgent care (would of preferred this for the first visit but it was a Sunday and couldn't get in) and that time it was 3 weeks of a cold.
