CVS Pharmacy

The CVS Pharmacy in Waconia, MN maintains an environment of consistent great customer service. Every employee there consistently makes me feel that I am the only customer they have. Their very friendly service is consistent with a small town pharmacy with big city availability and products. The entire team demonstrates great customer service. Kudos to the leadership of this CVS facility.

I left a thorough 2 page negative review that they’ve taken down from a month ago and have not made contact with me. They’ve left voicemails from an unknown number, no name shared, and a blocked number. And I’ve called customer service 4 times in attempt to connect with a manager. Disposing of negative and accurate feedback and negligence, is appalling. Glad I screen shotted photo of half of it anyway. Yikes. Customer service told me to escalate this to corporate, and have all of my experience documented.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for about 10 years. They are generally friendly and polite and are working as quickly as they can. My last two experiences have been less than friendly/polite. Both with the same pharmacy tech. The first one, she ignored me waiting while she chatted with someone she apparently knows at the register for quite a while, at least 5 minute while I was waiting in clear view. The second one, I accidentally gave her the wrong name (got my kids mixed up!) and instead of letting me correct myself, she talked over me saying that if I wanted something refilled I would have to wait. Meanwhile I'm just trying to tell her that the pickup was actually for my other child, but she won't let me talk. I just finally signed into my app and showed it to her. She was so rude a

I have been coming to this CVS for at least 7 years now. Everyone there is courteous and helpful! I have been going through a number of surgeries over the last 5 years and Angela has helped me manage all my meds every step of the way...even through all the covid mess! I still have another surgery next month and I know I can count on this team to help me through it!!

I could not be more pleased with the whole process. Professional and courteous person took the time for my questions and concerns. I was impressed I got a Target coupon as well.
