I had to take my son here around 7pm and the expierence was amazing! The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful, the nurse was super caring and patient & Dr.Q is amazing! He was thorough, and I felt like he had my child's best interest and genuinely cared. He sent over the medicine to the pharmacy down the road and my baby was set. 10/10 recommend! Thank you for your service!

My first problem was the employee at the front desk could not verify the insurance and kept claiming I had another primary. The primary she was speaking of was listed on the card. So I had to pay the $125 self pay. My second problem with my experience here was the Nurse Practitioner diagnosed my 2 year old with STREP from a diaper rash. (There was just another issue that came with the diaper rash that freaked me out so I wanted him to be seen.) There was no strep swab done to confirm. We were sent on our way with antibiotics even though I knew in my gut this wasn’t strep. My son had no fever, no redness or sores on his throat, no cough, no other symptoms. I’m not sure who would prescribe a 2 year old antibiotics when not knowing that they are fully necessary but for a child with a develop

I echo what’s been posted already. I often wait to see Dr Quinteros over my pediatrician, his bedside manner is comforting and I always feel seen, heard and taken seriously. Not super crazy about his NP Kristen, but Doc Q is the best and if he had a private practice we’d switch in a heartbeat.

Nothing but positive experiences with everyone who works here. I’ve been to this clinic at least 8 times with one or both of my kids. The wait times are reasonable (we are not in a rush, we are there for all the same reasons and you can tell that the med staff are doing their best). Honestly, most of the time they are faster than what you’d expect. Every time our concerns are addressed professionally and kindly, questions answered, instructions given and plan of care explained to the T. Never even considered any other after hours peds services. Thank you for all you do!!!

Thank you Dr. Q for seeing me juggling paperwork, and my screaming 3 month old. Sitting with, helping me, and bringing us right back. You're kindness and care was and is always appreciated. Your staff just and kind and caring. We've been coming as needed for 5 years, and so glad to have you in our community!
