From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by an knowledgeable friendly lady. As you walk into the clean area.You meet up with the doctor. Her thoroughness is exceptional. I had a bunch of questions , but when I let her speak first , she answered all of the questions before I asked them. You could tell the doctor was knowledgeable by the way she spoke to you. I definitely recommend this doctor and her crew.

Amazing!, professional, personable and answered all my silly questions. Doctor listened to my story and validated my feelings with empathy and compassion. I was a bit nervous going in but the Doctor quickly put me at ease and I never once felt judged or ashamed of my hearing loss. Receptionist was a nice as they come. She took her time with me, explained everything clearly, and showed genuine concern for my needs.
