I am not a Google reviews kind of person, but Mark deserves every 5-star review he has and more. I went to see Mark as a hail-Mary to avoid an ankle surgery. Months after the injury, the whole rigmarole with insurance/ortho (traditional PT, cortisone injection, boot) wasn't working. I had immediate improvement after one dry needling & PT session and am now pretty much back to normal activity. Mark not only treated my pain and inflammation, but helped me address the underlying mechanics and strength issues preventing me from improving. The ankle improved so quickly that we were able to address some other long-standing issues I've had as well. I can't stress enough how smart, caring, and dedicated to helping people Mark is. A pickle ball hip injury led me to Mark Perez. I have always been an atheletic person but I have struggled with unexplained back pain for decades.
