Staff is so friendly from the front desk to the nurse and provider/ nurse practitioner. They were concerned about me and showed compassionate care during my visit. The NP was very knowledgeable and gave a thorough examination and the medicine he prescribed had me better the next day. I would recommend to see them if you're sick. There will likely be a wait time but this is a walk in clinic so that is expected

Went in today. Tamika at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and had a great attitude! She is exactly the kind of first impression you want when it comes to sick and hurt people who aren't having a great day. Amber was my nurse, and she was awesome! She was very friendly and we quickly established a great rapport. I felt very comfortable with her and she did a great job of getting all the information for the nurse practitioner and then carrying out the blood draw. Jeffrey Duckworth was my nurse practitioner, and even though he was the only provider working, he did a very thorough job of listening to my symptoms and was proactive in his course of care. I want to begin by saying the doctors and medical staff at this office provide outstanding care. They are compassionate, thorough, and take the time to truly listen. We are very grateful for the quality of medical treatment we receive here. Unfortunately, there continues to be an issue with communication between the insurance/claims department and the front desk staff. Our primary insurance may show a copay requirement, but we also carry supplemental insurance that fully covers that copay. I personally spoke with the insurance claims department, and they informed me that our records were coded to reflect that a copay should not be collected. Despite this, the front desk continues to require payment at each visit. As a result, we are forced to pay out of pocket and then wait for reimburse

I arrived to see Clint Easom , NP due to a syncopal episode that I had earlier in the day ; labs were drawn . Clint called me at 11:00Pm (he was off duty) & told me my lab results were urgent & sent me for the appropriate care !! He is thorough, caring & compassionate!!!

I’ve been going to Trustcare for several years; I have a Medicare HMO plan & they’ve always accepted it & no issues with payment. Well, I went in today & was told that they would not accept my insurance without a referral from my primary care physician. I use an urgent care because my dr is usually booked up & it might take several days to get an appointment. Anyway, I called Fast Pace in Richland…..they accepted my insurance & saw me right away.
