This facility is truly exceptional! The staff is compassionate, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to ensure residents feel comfortable and cared for. I love how everyone treats each resident like family. It brings me peace of mind knowing my loved one is in such great hands. I couldn’t ask for a better place. Highly recommend!

The nursing staff was great to my loved one. HOWEVER, they misplace your loved one’s items and act as if it’s at no fault of their own. Please do not take anything of value for your loved one up there because other residents will have the items and no one will even make an effort to locate them!

I have nothing but good things to say about the experience we had at Brandon Court while my mom was there getting therapy. My mom Christal S was in the hospital for almost a month before going to Brandon Court for fluid build up and really bad back and leg pain-and while there got put on dialysis. While there not one person ever asked my mom what did her pain feel like they just wanted to know a level and they took X-rays. But it wasn’t til we got to Brandon Court and Lyric moms nurse in the afternoon/evening finally asked mom what her pain felt like that. From that conversation it was determined mom has neuropathy. Got her on meds and she is feeling so much better on that part. Mom absolutely loved her morning nurse Sidney, her daytime CNAs Tomeka, BeBe and her evening nurse Lyric a

I moved my aunt from a LTC facility in my hometown of Hattiesburg up to Brandon Court so she could be closer to me. The administration here is absolutely phenomenal!! When I call, when I visit, when I email, I have always received the most professional interactions with the administration. I made the right choice by moving my aunt here! Highly recommended.

What a blessing Brandon Court is! I would not hesitate to place a loved one here. I’ve been here daily to sit with my mother and have been so impressed with the loving way the staff interacts with the patients. The staff is very competent and quick to help with a smile. We have encountered so many precious individuals - Cliff & Gary who work nights, Alexis who helps with anything you may need, and Stephanie, an LPN who went above and beyond to assist. It’s evident that those who work here truly care. I am thankful that we have a place such as Brandon Court in our community.
