Dr. Nguyen and his staff are the best! Have been coming here for a few years now and have always had a smooth, efficient, and pleasant experience. Dr. Nguyen is always professional and caring, while also remembering even the smallest details about his patients. I called VSP Insurance they indicated True Vision was in network with them. I called they said they would call VSP I had to call multiple times the lady working there said the only reason she would try and call VSP is because the Optometrist told her to. She said she tried to call VSP but could not get an authorization. I ran 10 minutes behind Saturday to see the Optometrist closing 50 Minutes later the lady again working there said the Optometrist had to leave earlier. It was a bad experiences for me

I have referred a lot of people here I feel comfortable staff friendly and the doctor is brilliant I love this place have come for years
