Paid for retainer in full. No communication what so ever. Scammed us out of our money. I will be contacting my bank to make sure they do not bill me for anything. Also will be contacting the state board and the county if there is one.

I paid $4,000 for treatment. All of a sudden in December the office closed. No notice, no warning, no nothing. Why? Very disappointed. Why do that to people. What do we do now?

True smiles has been a complete life changer for my son. My son never smiled because of how low his confidence was due to his crooked teeth. He now smiles all the time and his smile has boosted confidence level immensely! The best part, it was 100% covered by Medi-Cal dental insurance. The girls in the office are amazing too! Possibly the worst orthodontist ever. First off they took a year to put bottom braces on. There was always very bad communication. They sent incorrect retainer impressions , and when they finally got it right they broke the retainer. If I could put zero stars I would. DONT go here very unprofessional. SOME girls working there are nice but you can tell they don’t know what they’re doing, clearly.

First of all these other review have to be fake, this place is horrible! I first came here under the lie that my daughter may be likely to be accepted for braces paid for by medi-cal... she wasn't, instead I signed a contract for braces and a low monthly payment.... they placed the braces the same day. It was nothing but issue after issue after that... impossible to get a decent appointment, and 3 times they scheduled me and no one was there! One time was on a closed holiday fourth of July the other 2 times they where "out for lunch"... not only did I miss work but my child missed school, I couldn't even g
