I brought my daughter here for her face The staff is awesome they are very quick and calling you back for your appointment. There’s like no kind of wait time. The facilities is clean and we just love it.

I had a appointment for my teenage son that was made months prior and not Only was my appt cancelled for No reason when I called to confirm a week before we waited for almost 2 hours and was told 3 different times by a girl at the front desk my son was next but three different times they called everyone, but my son people that came in way after my son and I got there we're seen actually, everyone that came in after us was getting seen. We ended up walking out. I do not recommend this office not to mention all the patients sitting in the waiting room looked highly frustrated. I do not recommend this office whatsoever and I will let everyone I know the treatment we got today and I will make sure they don't bill my sons insurance since he was not Seen. O stars

Dr. Usmani is the best. She is so kind and personable. I have had several facial cancers and some surgeries and treatments during the last 5 years and now am cancer free. Her staff is professional and very efficient.

After an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner regarding one of my daughters’ flaky scalp, I had to explain to my daughters why it’s important to keep their hair moisturized and why daily washing isn’t necessary. Unfortunately, the visit felt more like a lesson on our “lack of hygiene culture” rather than a culturally sensitive discussion. While we were told that “everyone is different,” the approach didn’t reflect an understanding of diverse hair care practices. If you’re a person of color, I recommend doing your own research beforehand. If you only need a prescription refill, you’ll likely be fine—but for anything beyond that, proceed with caution.

My granddaughter, Leah Eason got the TheraClear, her face instantly brightened up! The aesthetician there is wonderful as well. Clearly taking her time with all patients and making sure to work across the whole face with the application and caring both before and after! I would highly recommend!
