TruCare Urgent Care

TruCare at Westview is a great doctors office! Specifically Dr. Tholen! He is very personable, kind and, extremely helpful. Honestly, Dr. Tholen is the best doctor I’ve ever had! He goes above a beyond for his patients and always puts my mind at ease. The reception and nurses here always get you situated and take you back within minutes of checking in. The entire staff is filled with compassionate, understanding, and accommodating people. Going to the doctors is never fun, but the staff at Westview really make the experience easy and welcoming. Thank you guys for everything you do!

This is very bad urgent care. Only one provider available. Ryan, nurse practitioner, did not put my medication to my pharmacy immediately. I am in pain because of UTI. I requested and waited to make them understand that this is urgent. Staff is rudeas well.This is not definately not urgent care. I am highly avoiding to go next time.

Providers generally care. The office shows age with the horrible chairs and dirty floors. The rooms feel dark and dated as well. Given the amount of foot traffic they have I would except the office to look more professional. I want to add I did not review the wrong urgent care. This place is so dirty! I want to also add that the chairs have been updated to the cheapest thing possible.

I just had the most wonderful experience at this urgent care! The staff were absolutely lovely - so warm, friendly, and caring. The doctor was fantastic, taking the time to listen and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. They accurately diagnosed my issue and prescribed the perfect medication to get me feeling better fast! The whole atmosphere was calm, reassuring, and just felt like a big hug! I'm so grateful to have found this gem and can't recommend it enough."

Getting sick while traveling is scary. I was so lucky to find this AMAZING walk in clinic. The entire staff was personable, professional and most kind. I highly recommend it. From the lady at the front desk, to nurse and Doctor. Absolutely impressed by all of them. Such a thorough exam and as I am just visiting they found me the easiest pharmacy nearby. I cannot say enough about this Urgent Care.
