Where do i start?! overall, the pharmacy itself is very equipped for anyone’s needs— however, it seems that there is an issue for the safety of the staff. Creepy old men constantly linger and harass the teenage staff, and bless their souls because it seems like they’re doing their best. Worst customer service in the pharmacy section. They hire inexperienced teenagers who have no idea what they are doing. I called to check if my prescription was ready, and they told me to come the next afternoon. When I called again to confirm, they suddenly couldnt find it. Its insane, you have to be transferred between 3-4 people just to speak with someone competent. Another time, I requested home delivery and confirmed my current address. They claimed to have it, but I gave it again just to be sure. When my prescription never arrived, I called back, only to be told they had my old address on file and dont even deliver there; despite me calling all day to confirm the correct one.
