I can’t fully express how amazing my emergency visit was today. From quick response, to warm welcome in the office, and pleasant atmosphere to clarity on procedure and painless expert dental work —I am a very happy customer. I had a wonderful experience at this Gentle Touch! I have major dental anxiety, and from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel calm, comfortable, and cared for. They took the time to explain everything and were incredibly patient and gentle. I never felt rushed or judged, which means so much to someone who gets nervous about dental appointments. The entire team was kind at the front especially throughout verifying my insurance, professional, and truly compassionate. I’m so grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this office to anyone :)

I cannot speak highly enough about everyone at this practice. I needed a root canal but my own dentist was going to make me wait 2-7 days for it. (True story.) My sister insisted I head here and they took me immediately, on top of their busy schedule. The care was top notch, next level warm, professional, and compassionate. LOVED the dentist, the ladies behind the desk, and felt completely at ease and taken care of. Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Hands down.

I had a dental emergency and called Gentle Touch Dentistry right away. It was my first time and didn’t know what to expect. Wow!!!!! The girl at the front desk, Ashley was very nice and accommodated me right away. Dr Weinstein was kind, polite and very professional, but most of all, full of empathy. Before coming to see Dr. Stephen Polevoy, I hadn’t been to a dentist in a very long time because of two horrible past experiences. I felt really embarrassed the moment I walked in because my hands started shaking, and my anxiety began to build up. By the time I got into the room for x-rays, I started crying. The x-ray technician was so supportive and kind, helping me calm down and take a few deep breaths. Then Dr. Polevoy came in—very polite, very understanding. I explained the reason for my visit, and he took the time to explain everything clearly to me. I haven’t felt that comfortable in a dentist’s chair in such a long time.
