TriValley Primary Care

I needed a new primary provider. I was recommended to this place. I saw Dayna States for the first time. I was extremely pleased. Her energy was great and she made me feel really comfortable. Overall my first experience at TriValley was great!

I was a patient of Dr George-Reichly, and Dr O'Connor would do my MMC certifications. I was concerned about sleep apnea, and Dr George Reichly ordered an at home mail order sleep study. I performed it and sent it back in, and never received any results. When I called the office, they said I should follow up with the mail order company. I had no information, not even the name of the company. So I went to a different primary care office so I could actually get the test done. A few months later, I tried to make an appointment with Dr O'Connor for my recertification, and they refused because I switched my primary care doctor. To say that I am utterly appalled by the actions of my medical care team would be giving them too much credit. I have been a patient here for over 30 years and in the last 5 years they have begun to treat me like garbage. Not to mention have failed in each and every way to help find out or even be concerned about my drastic weight loss post weight loss surgery and the fact that I have continued to lose weight and have been nauseous for the past 3 years from and also Dr. Hart is prescribing me Zofran for a condition she doesn't care to treat or even ask me about during my visits. Concerning my visits I am most often pawned off on someone who isn't even my dr and even when I do see my dr she is too preoccupied with God knows what else to actually listen to what I have to say or even show the

Dr Hart was able to see me last minute and order tests for my back pain. Very efficient and helpful. Front desk staff was much more helpful and nice this time too!!!

Tri Valley Indian Valley is an awesome office. From check in to nursing care all the way thru to billing and scheduling the next appointment easy and very professional. Dr Daley is also very personable and takes time to review your records and make recommendations when needed. I highly recommend the practice and Dr Daley
