The only positive aspect of this visit was the office staff, who were polite and professional. My experience with Dr. Patel was entirely negative. I scheduled a physical but was given a medication review instead, with no acknowledgment that my appointment type had been changed. She did not ask about my concerns, goals, or the steps I’ve been taking to support my health. Her approach was rigid, limited to vaccines, statins, blood pressure, and blood sugar medications. She gave misinformation about my blood pressure prescription, dismissing the twice-daily dosing my prior physician had prescribed for fluctuating readings. For ongoing sleep difficulties, she suggested an SSRI — a medication for depression, which I do not have — instead of addressing the sleep issue appropriately. She offered

I saw Dr Butler and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. She was condescending, rude, hostile, and belittling toward me. I went in with genuine ongoing health concerns and she didn’t even hear me out. I am a medical professional as well and was shocked at her poor patient care and terrible bedside manner. She treated me like I was not worth her time. I don’t know how she is even still practicing medicine at this point. I would not see her if I was dying and she was the last doctor on earth. That’s how bad my experience was.

Wow. I am not typically one to write negative reviews, but this experience I had here was beyond anything I’ve ever seen before. I tried to call the office to discuss this, but of course I was forwarded to the after hours line even though they were open for another hour. We saw Dr. Jennifer Butler and I couldn’t believe how condescending and rude she was. That was unreal to me. I’m not being dramatic, I felt like I could have passed away right in front of her and nobody would have cared. This is not a place I would go to when I’m not feeling well and need help. Healthcare is too expensive to treat patients like they’re a bother or nuisance to you. Doctors get paid plenty of money to do their jobs it can’t be that hard to at least pretend to have some empathy. I know nobody from Grand View

The front desk ladies are very nice and respectful and very, very helpful. Especially Katie I have been going through surgery after surgery. Katie went above and beyond to try to get me in after getting me in Dr. Patel literally told me doesn’t look like you’re in much pain so I think you can wait until two months until your appointment. I have been Pay for a year after my surgery, which I should not, Dr. Patel is very rude and nasty. Nothing about her is personable. She has no personality. And not helpful at all makes me not even want to go to the doctors. I do not recommend! I will be changing my doctor, DO NOT SEE DR PATEL.. she’s disgusting rude and nasty

I have been a patient of Mrs Ukropek for about 20 years. Overall, she is the best doctor that I have had to date! She has amazing bedside manner, impeccable communications and a very personable doctor. I am truly sad to see her leave the practice, although I deeply understand her circumstances. I wish you the ultimate best Dusty.
