Both the office staff and doctors were extremely friendly and caring. Wait time was short as was the time waiting once taken to the treatment room. Diagnosis was quick and accurate. They were more compassionate than most UC centers.

I went to this urgent care after getting glass stuck in my index finger, and I genuinely had the best and most comforting experience I could have hoped for. Right when I walked in, Paige greeted me with so much warmth and kindness. She handled all the paperwork effortlessly and immediately put me at ease. Once I was taken back, Erika took my vitals and was incredibly gentle, calming, and professional. She talked to me throughout everything, reassuring me and making me feel safe in a moment when I was really nervous. The procedure itself wasn’t easy—I had to be numbed with a large needle, and it was painful—but Ally was absolutely amazing. She worked so carefully removing the glass, and Erika stayed right beside me, talking me through every moment. Their bright, positive energy truly mad

The staff were very nice and friendly. The Dr took one look at my wound and immediately referred me to the emergency room at our local hospital as AFC was not equipped to handle my problem. I appreciated her honest assessment and went to the ER and they were able to handle my issue.

Visited with my toddler. The front people were very nice and professional. The intake nurse got frustrated with my child cause they couldn't do under the tongue temp monitoring and slightly raised her voice to then only go to ear temp. Then after we denied a Covid/flu swap cause good luck holding a toddler down for one of them we waited close to 30 minutes in the room to have the doctor come in look out child over in under 5 minutes to just hear "it's probably viral and nothing we can really do". Great, wonderful. Thanks for nothing.

The staff is very friendly as well as exceptionally professional. They were definitely helpful in providing clarity to a matter that I was confronted with and accepted the fact that I am not good with technology. I have gone there on several occasions to use their services and was more than satisfied with how well they handled my concerns. Great Job!!!
