I was referred to Trisha by other moms in my local mommy group, and I’m so grateful I found her. I came to her struggling with low supply, and she gave me such a clear, manageable game plan. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and creates such a comfortable, supportive space. I never felt rushed or embarrassed to talk about anything. With her guidance, I was able to reach a full supply in less than two months. I truly couldn’t have done it without her. Trisha is wonderful, and I highly recommend her to any new mom needing lactation support!

I cannot recommend working with Trisha enough. I got recommended to Trisha by a friend after having a not-so-great experience with another LC and still having a lot of trouble breastfeeding my baby. Throughout the few months Trisha and I worked together, I felt supported, validated and hopeful. Trisha’s knowledge and guidance helped me through my son’s severe reflux, (multiple) frenectomy revisions, and other feeding relating behaviors. I am now happily and effortlessly able to breastfeed my son for the long-haul and I couldn’t be more grateful! Ultimately Trisha just wants to help you succeed and she’ll help you however needed until you do.

Trisha was amazing to work with. As a new mom with a number of breastfeeding challenges, I needed a lot of support with low supply, pumping, latching issues, and more. From the very first meeting Trisha was supportive and encouraging. She truly listens, is always available to answer questions, and leads with empathy. Trisha consistently shared clear and actionable advice with realistic steps to take each week to reach my goals. She always had a next step handy so I never felt out of options. Trisha truly helped to transform my postpartum experience and helped me not only with nursing but also gaining confidence as a mom. I am so grateful for her support and highly recommend her to all moms!

Highly recommend working with Trisha! She was recommend by my midwife and did not disappoint! She is able to do virtual appointments, what an amazing experience overall. Helped with gas and fussyness we where experiencing with our newborn. Gave me great tips on how to properly fuel my body to meet the demands of breastfeeding. You can tell She is very knowledgeable in her field. The best part was she is approachable, down to earth and keeps it reasonable. I didnt need to reinvent the wheel while trying to navigate learning how to care for a 5 week old. Truly a great experience! Thank you Trisha

I first found Trisha when I discovered the Down To Birth Podcast. I was about 6 months pregnant with my first child and became obsessed. I binged the whole thing and listened every chance I had. I felt as if I knew Trisha and Cynthia for years. I trusted their advice and they completely changed my outlook on all things pregnancy, birth and motherhood. I had an unmedicated, natural hospital birth and credit the podcast for arming me with all the resources and education I needed. After the birth of my first child I struggled immensely with painful engorgement. I followed direction from another provider which was actually exacerbating the problem and reached out to Trisha in a PANIC. She was able to fit me in for a virtual consult the same day and it was instant relief. I ended up working wit
