Dr Tilden and his staff are amazing! This friendly, welcoming environment promotes wellness and recovery. Physical therapy, including acupuncture and chiropractic sessions, for me, here, has been a positive experience resulting in increased mobility and improved quality of life.

I am so grateful to Dr.Tilden for taking care of my chiropractic needs. He listens to concerns and creates an individualized treatment plan. Not to mention I feel AMAZING after being adjusted. He offers tens, cupping, heat and ice to mention just a few extras. It's a complete wellness experience. Imani the acupuncture specialist is just as wonderful. I was a beginner to acupuncture and sceptical to be honest. Her knowledge base, warm and healing nature, and skilled techniques make every session healing and productive. I sleep like a baby after every session. I've found great pain relief and improved mobility at PMR. Staff is very helpful, punctual, and offer great availability across several offices. I highly recommend PMR!

I've been dealing with severe neck and low back pain for years. I've tried many types of therapy, including chiropractic to help alleviate the pain.
