TRIPLE “A” PHLEBOTOMY

This school is s the Bomb.com.The instructor is Very Well knowledged in Phlebotomy instruction, Clinicals, and Blood draw techniques, I'm a hard draw bc I have small veins, she was able to draw me on one draw. I truly learned a lot from the class, the instructor and her workers were approachable, I was very nervous, but they were encouraging, supportive, and pushed when needed to build confidence. However, there is just one thing I had a problem, paying $35.00 for the exam guide she put together for the NHA certification, I purchased her guide, and studied the over 200 questions, but when the group study came the day before the exam, the questions on the group work sheet were difficult to understand, and was was totally different than what I studied on the guide. Instructor was great but afterwards when it comes to clinicals no one contacts you to let you know when they are starting. And there is limited accommodation for working people to take clinicals. No one deserves to be treated like I feel I was treated because I paid alot of money to take this course. I am certified but without clinicals or experience a job in this field is almost impossible. I feel like I wasted my money on that class. But hopefully God will open up some doors.

I am a bit disappointed. I have referred several people over the years via word of mouth, and at least one person in the last 2 years has completed the course and is nationally certified. I recently attempted to get information on the IV class as well as refer a friend for the phlebotomy course. The owner was short with me the one time I was able to reach her on the phone, and never responded to emails or information request on the website. I will not refer anyone else until this is corrected.

I loved taking this class!!! The teachers are soo helpful and very hands on. Thank you so much Ms. Angela...best class I have ever taken!!!!

Completed the phlebotomy course in 2010. Great teaching!!! Very knowledgeable and funny.
