This is a good dental office overall. The staff is always helpful, the doctors are kind and professional, and appointments are very efficient—you’re usually in and out. The reason for four stars is the post-appointment communication. After my child’s dental treatment, discussions with the dentist take place while standing at the doorway. There isn’t an opportunity to sit down, review X-rays, or fully discuss the treatment plan and future care. As a parent, having a few minutes to sit, ask questions, and go over next steps would be very reassuring. Because the conversation feels rushed, I often miss asking important questions. With a small change to how post-visit discussions are handled, this could easily be a five-star experience.

This was me and my daughter's first time visiting this office. When I scheduled my daughter's appointment I was greeted friendly by a welcoming staff. The day of my daughter's appointment, she said the staff was very nice and friendly during her exam.

We had a great experience here. Everyone was so friendly from the front desk personnel to the dental assistant!!! The dentist was extremely professional and was good with getting my son calm. He explained everything with concern and to my understanding. We will definitely go back for his dental work and cleanings 🤗

I have been bringing my kids to this facility for 6 years now, since the receptionist Ms Aisha has been there the communication she gives is beyond amazing! Ms Aisha, calls to remind me of my appointments, she calls the day of to check my ETA, this helps me out sooooo much especially being a mother of 5! If there is anything I need help with, setting an appointment or documents, or insurance issues Ms Aisha is my go to person, she listens she understands and she gets the job done fast!

SUMMARY: Don't take your kids here unless you're ok with the business using your child and your time so they can maximize their insurance payouts from your kid while subjecting them to needless medical procedures. Trinity Medical & Dental will sacrifice the health and well-being of your children so they can maximize their revenue through insurance. My kids have good dental hygiene and would visit the dentist biannually. Trinity claimed that one of my children needed to be sedated for six crowns for his baby teeth. Took him to the Trinity Medical side of the business so they could do a pre-op assessment. The pediatrician there didn't see anything major with his teeth. They then try to schedule the procedure with Beautiful Smiles, adjacent to their own office, who took so long to schedule
