The only saving grace is that at least they're friendly... The only thing they have going for then that Weirton Medical doesn't. Otherwise, they're so horribly disorganized, it's insane. Both times we've gone in, there was an older lady with black hair who was the one to draw blood, check vitals etc at the front. Both times we've gone in, she has used our visit as an opportunity to talk about her dead family members, how they died, how many kids she has HEARD OF who died, not even kids she personally knows.. When you have a patient coming in with PREGNANCY COMPLICATIONS, maybe don't randomly ramble about child and infant death? Especially after the patient tells you she has major anxiety due to previous medical trauma? I understand loss is horrible, but go seek a therapist, don't trauma

Had a laparoscopy yesterday where endometriosis was found with Dr. Milburn. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable as this was my first major surgery. Dr. Milburn is an excellent doctor and I will be recommending everyone who needs a laparoscopy to see him. My husband and I are now hopeful we can conceive.

I just delivered my son here and had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Every single person—doctors, all the nurses (especially Karol, Kylie, Kate, Devin, Krystal, Courtney, and Judy), and all the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made us feel so cared for and respected all our decisions. I would recommend anyone deliver here.

I rushed my boyfriend to Trinity ER late in the night for what presented like a heart attack. After waiting to get back to a bed, we had the most amazing doctor. I’m solely writing this review to praise him in hopes he gets to see this somehow. Dr. Kidd. He ordered blood work and a chest X-ray, the blood work showed no signs of a heart attack and the chest X-ray at first glance looked normal! He noticed the smallest abnormality and sent him for a CT where it was determined he has a spontaneous collapsed lung. He ordered him a chest tube right away and walked us through everything, showing us every X-ray, every CT, and explaining every detail. I can not believe the audacity of this medical center. I spent 3 hours in the emergency room and i saw several Drs and several different nurses and they all came to the same conclusion that I needed an MRI. I thought since it was a HOSPITAL they could order one. NOT TRUE. said I had to see my PCP first. So I did. WOW....he said I need an MRI and then referred me to a Dr Scapone (his staff can only be explained by using some very unkind words). Now how do I react when Dr Scapone and his staff tell me the other 7 Drs are incompetent (now mind you they all work for the same company) DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT AND RIPOFF FACILITY. you will thank me later
