I couldn't ask for a better care team! Between Megan and Cathy, we always feel welcome and cared for. They are absolutely wonderful with my kids. Cathy goes above and beyond distracting them while Megan goes above and beyond with personalized care and always going above the bar to provide us with the best service and resources we need. Communication is super reliant and easy and scheduling is accommodating to my families needs and busy schedules. I would highly recommend Presley hearing!

Dr. Presley is excellent in checking people for hearing aids. She was very personable and very friendly and explained everything in detail. I felt like they were family in that office. My Hearing Aide is wonderful and I hear really well with them. I don’t have to go back for six months, but I miss them. Be sure to visit her office. She is very thorough and explaining everything with all the test that she gives you.

I took my mother in expecting that she would need to purchase new hearing aids as hers were purchased in Maryland just over a year ago and the nearest place to have them serviced is in Wheeling which is not convenient for our family, but Dr. Presley is reaching out to the maker of the hearing aids to get the software and supplies she needs to be able to service the existing hearing aids! She most definitely exceeded my expectations and her receptionist was so kind as well!

Very professional always greeted with a great smile explaining exactly how she’s doing the test. Tell she when she wants to see you again.I have been follow on her for the last three years. I know that she has her own place. I wish her all the luck of starting her new business.
