Trinity Health System (Summit)

I was left to sit in urine for an hour. Had I not insisted on not taking what they tried to give, and throwing a full fit, I would have been given a medication overdose. Even after I was discharged, they still had my medications and conditions incorrect. My call light was disconnected so I sat in my room unable to get out of bed or call for help with basic functions. No air conditioning on a muggy summer day. In the end they didn't do anything at all except treat their patients poorly.

Took over 7 months for them to correct their billing error AFTER they got paid twice, by my insurance and by me. Especially enjoyed the person in billing who said “Trust me Sir, this is correct and you owe this money.” (Over $450 dollars!) Funny she didn’t trust me when I had everything in writing proving it was Trinity’s error...

Went to hospital in pain couldn’t walk a day and a half later sent home no help so what good are they. Just got my bill 290000 for nothing they need shut down, I hate to see the bill if I received any treatment

Cleanly atmosphere, organized, up to date equipment and restrooms functional.

Sat two and half hours there and everyone in the ER was taken ahead of me . The service in that hospital has changed and not for the better . Won't be going back there .
