Trinity Health Pharmacy - Hudsonville

This pharmacy is convenient and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I went here to get my flu and COVID vaccines after my yearly physical and the whole process was easy. The pharmacist was very easy to talk with and I barely felt the needles. Accessiblity information: If you are picking up/dropping off a prescription you can use the drive thru. Due to the building design you aren't able to get super close to the building, however they have a drawer in a drawer system that will extend it further than the average pharmacy drive thru. The main area of the pharmacy is small, but there is enough room to maneuver a wheelchair and the private consultation room is also accessible, even if you have a larger electric chair (they may have to move some chairs out of the way before you can enter).

I absolutely love the Trinity Health Pharmacy on 32nd Street in Hudsonville. The single biggest reason I keep coming back is the incredible team of people who work there—they are truly amazing! Every single interaction, whether I'm picking up a routine prescription or asking a complicated insurance question, is handled with genuine kindness and efficiency. They are professional, fast, and always take the time to greet you with a smile. It makes a huge difference to walk into a pharmacy where the staff is so dedicated and genuinely cares about the patients. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and that I feel valued. If you live in the area, switch your prescriptions here—you won't regret it! Highly, highly recommend this location!

I love this pharmacy so much! Everyone is so sweet and kind and they really take the time and care to help their patients. I made the switch from Walgreens because of issues constantly made with insurance billing and stock, and I am so happy and thankful to say that this pharmacy has taken care of me! If you are a patient frustrated with big box pharmacies PLEASE go to this one! They go above and beyond to help with med refills, order stock and even answer any questions. They treat you like family. Truly so amazing!

I felt the need to leave a review after my visit to this pharmacy today. It was only my second time using this pharmacy (this isn’t my primary pharmacy because it’s a bit of a drive from home for me) the first time I went to this pharmacy the pharmacist was so so helpful, kind & knowledgeable.. I was extremely impressed by her willingness to take the time to make sure I felt very comfortable with the prescription I was picking up.. fast forward to today, the same pharmacist took care of me & once again I was blown away by her kindness, patience & knowledge. She is by far the friendliest pharmacist I have encountered & I would use this pharmacy as my primary pharmacy if only it was closer just because I feel extremely comfortable with her. I wish I knew her name but I can’t remember it. Sh

Jen is the most personable pharmacist I've ever met! Not only is she extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she remembered my name-- and my kiddos favorite Dum Dum flavor-- after just a few visits. One time I was unable to pick up a medication before closing time, and she graciously offered to drop it off in my mailbox. 👀 that's when I knew she was a keeper! If you're sick of dealing with the "big store" pharmacists who couldn't give 2 craps about you, and want someone who treats you like a friend and leaves you happier and calmer than you arrived (even with an ear infection or whatever you're dealing with 😅) go to Jen at Trinity Health pharmacy in Hudsonville! ❤️
