Meijer

This location clean and well laid out with a solid pharmacy. Everyone I typically encounter is friendly and helpful. Produce and deli are quality, and I appreciate their selection of prepared items. The only downside I ever encounter is a little lack of selection. It feels like most Meijer stores of comparable size have a substantially larger product selection - especially in departments like toys, DIY, and crafts.

I was looking for a pair of work boots, I found a brand/style, tired on a pair (8.5) and wanted to see if a size down would fit better (8). I could only get one boot on and the boots were connected with security tags, mind you the first pair did not have this issue. I brought the boots (size 8) to a cashier to see if the security tag could be removed so I could put both pairs on and walk without dragging the other boot. The cashier (sienna) made me buy the boots to try on even when I told her the other boots weren’t connected by security tags but she insisted she couldn’t take it off. The boots were $89 so just over a $100 after tax. Just to try on! She also kept looking at her phone as I was trying to get help like I was an inconvenience.

The store is very clean and usually has had a good selection of items, but over the past few months, it seems like the workers are always leaving lots of supply crates in the aisles all over the store, even during their busy hours. This makes it hard to navigate through the aisles and impossible sometimes to get something you need when it's behind a crate. Please plan your restocking hours better so it's not such a pain for your customers.

The drive thru pharmacy is a nightmare. I went while it was raining, had to show my ID with the new scanner that is impossible to use, could not scan it, meanwhile I’m getting soaked from the rain, finally asked if I could just put my ID in the drawer, cashier was not friendly or helpful. Can we please get the pad back that we used to use? If you are right handed you literally have to crawl out of your car to sign for your prescription. It’s just horrible! Please Meijer help us out.
