Rehab For Performance

At R4P, they all were very knowledgeable and helpful with my son’s rehab after his knee surgery. They combined training and rehab so he was ready to jump right into practice and get on the football field, once his surgeon gave him the green light. I am very thankful for their program and highly suggest it to any athlete who is needing PT/rehab after surgery to help them get ready to return to their sport!

I started working with Eric at Rehab for Performance because of their unique approach, combining both rehab and training. I was already lifting regularly, but I needed help with an injury I couldn't shake. Once we (successfully!) worked through rehab and rebuilding my strength, I was able to transition my sessions directly into to personal training. And I hit multiple new PRs that I absolutely did not expect to hit! Eric is a great trainer. He's empathetic, while also being fun, upbeat, and pushing you to reach your own goals. I would absolutely recommend R4P, whether you need help with an injury or want to level up your performance!

My daughter received outstanding care with Eric and all the Physical Therapists at Rehab For Performance after tearing her ACL. Within only a couple days following her surgery, he was already working with her to develop a personalized plan to get her on the road to recovery. Eric did an incredible job explaining every step of the process to make sure she was comfortable through the entire process. The focus on both rehab and strength training played a huge role in her success and getting her back on the soccer field. Not only did he help in the physical recovery, but he also built up her confidence through his constant encouragement. My daughter had great results using Rehab For Performance, so when I started dealing with posterior tibial tendinitis for several weeks and was affecting my training cycle, I called to schedule an appointment. I worked with Eric for six sessions, and my tendinitis completely disappeared. Eric was fantastic to work with. He used dry needling, functional strength exercises, and recommended at home stretching and strengthening that made a huge difference. Thanks to his program and expertise, I was able to break a personal record and take first place in my age division during my most recent race. I can't recommend Rehab For Performance enough!
