The doctor seemed wonderful, the rest of the staff unprofessional and childish. I don’t think they know people have ears when they’re speaking horribly about you right outside of the room you’re in. The MA and the young kid behind the desk in the back behave very unprofessionally. The receptionist in the waiting area and the actual provider were nice enough and helpful. Should have read reviews before I went, clearly it’s a common theme.

I have always been completely satisfied. Although I don’t get sick often, my entire family living in this area uses them. This last incident I actually had myself was extremely scary for me. The medical professionals here are patient, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and informative. They definitely did not sugarcoat anything for me. They gave it to me straight as far as they could and set me on the right path for what I needed. I am completely grateful.

I went to this walking because I had a lot of pressure in my head around my eyes hurt my nose. My nose was stuffy, headache runny nose.. I’ve had sinus infections before and pretty much Felt like this is what was going on I get there. The doctor tells me I have a virus and go home and take Tylenol get Mucinex. I don’t have a cough. She tells me that I probably be getting a cough do nasal spray and so I didn’t ask her what kind of virus is it? She tells me it’s just a virus doesn’t matter what kind of virus it is. . I found it to be ridiculous. I ended up going to another Doctor Who told me I have a sinus infection touched my face felt the pressure and I got a prescription that I needed to get so mad that I had to pay the $50 co-pay who tells someone it doesn’t matter what kind of virus yo

I went there for liquid in the knee said they would give me a refural and they did blood and lymes test. Never got a call about my lymes test and when they called for tje refural they said I need insurance for the refural and went there 5 weeks after the viset because they never called. They said at the office they dont give refurals. When I picked up my test results they never had the lymes test on paper. Would not recommend

I’ll never understand why these people have to keep these positions so they can be rude, snotty, and condescending towards patients who are seeking medical care. It’s more than just a problem. It’s a freaking travesty. It’s a disgrace. It’s a terrible look to the entire medical profession and the entire profession as a whole. You ALL should be ashamed and embarrassed of your service. Get over it and get a new job or another profession. Yesterday. You gave another reason to LOATHE AND DISRESPECT YOU WITH this simple and easy insurance inquiry today. You couldn’t have been more rude. Thanks for your service today. I hope you get what you deserve.
