Big Y Pharmacy and Wellness Center

The pharmacy is great. The pharmacist seemed a little bothered that I wanted to use GoodRX instead of Cigna because GoodRX beats Cigna Everytime but aside from that the lady that ended up checking me out was as Happy as could be.

Blond hair lady that works here is very rude and the communication here is abysmal. Trying to get Paxlovid for my 91 year old relative. Met with terrible attitude along with the news that it won't be ready until after 2 tommorow. She is over 90 with covid and it takes 12 WORK hours to fill one prescription? Do not go to this pharmacy. Your loved ones will be gone before they ever fill anything.

Excellent staff, professional and courteous. Family has been going there a long time. I switched to big y pharmacy recently and have been treated well. Ken and Christine are top notch and the supporting techs are very good also. jminnella

This pharmacy is garbage. The pharmacist refused to accept my GoodRx coupon that they are contractually obligated to fulfill. The medication was $64.25 with my GoodRx coupon. Pharmacist tried to charge me over $300!!!!!!!! She said that the price isn't always the same as on GoodRx. I can see if it a few dollars difference. But a $240 difference?!?! SCAM!!!!!!!!

I've used other pharmacies in the past and Big Y Pharmacy is the best! They're very aware of the things youre taking and will let you know if there is any caution. They are very friendly as well
