THREE YEARS LATER AND I STILL CAN’T STAND THE HORRIBLE “MEDICAL ASSISTANT” on staff. She doesn’t listen, she tries to put words in your mouth, she messes up prescriptions, she’s a rotten individual. Also she NEVER lets me speak with Dr. Silva even though he told me to skip her by requesting a phone call from him for “personal reasons” yet that never gets to Doctor Silva! I’m at the end of my rope & after this long of being disrespected I’ll be seeking a different office. 3 years ago: First off I LOVE Dr. Silva... Absolutely love him. He is easily the best Primary Care Doctor I have ever had. The medical assistant working there is extremely UNHELPFUL, told me that she would have an actual doctor call me back and then proceeds to call me back herself after supposedly "talking to the doctor

Absolutely terrible medical "professional" they keep on call to talk to people who need help. She's rude and dismissive at best and negligent at worst. Loved my primary care but she was so awful I switched doctors. It sucks to lose a good doctor but never having to interact with her again is an absolute win when you can find people who actually care about your health from front to back of an office.

I had one of the most comprehensive physicals with Dr. Silva today. He spent so much time with me, answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. My visit was definitely one of the most thorough exams I have had in a long time. Great doctor!

This place has really gone down hill. They are overwhelmed with patients. You call and get put on hold. I was picked up several times and asked if I was this person or that person and then hung up on 10 minutes later. Had to call back. Finally get in to see a doctor who did nothing to help me. Call back a week later and was told they would call me back. Waiting 3 days later still no call. Time to change doctors.

Don't go unless you absolutely have to. Seriously. Your health might be on the line. I was told some things by a doctor here that were either an intentional lie or indicative that he should not still have a license. Treatment for a serious disease was delayed and my referral to Infectious disease did not go through. Further I had to go days without a fairly important med for me which honestly effects the safety of myself and others because of poor communication from the practice and negligent attitudes of the docs. I had a provider here who was good but she left. The whole group is largely very poor quality. That goes for the Middlebury pediatric office too. If your plan lets you go elsewhere then do it. Also they ARE NOT JOINT COMMISSION ACCREDITED and have an F rating from the
