Trinity Clinic for primary care / urgent care

My first time coming to this place was on Tuesday ! And if I can give more stars I would. The Doctor was very helpful and attentive. Rachel the nurse was GREAT, very patient very thorough, one of the nicest nurses I’ve met in a long time!! Thank you guys for taking such great care of me 🩷

I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Ravi and his incredible staff. From the moment I called, I was met with kindness, compassion, and genuine concern for my well-being. Dr. Ravi acted quickly and responded each time I needed his help. His responsiveness and care truly saved my life. Dr. Ravi listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that was easy for me to understand.Not only was Dr. Ravi incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in his field, he made me feel seen, heard, and cared for during a time when I needed it the most. The staff at the office were also amazing. Cindi, Karen, Rachel and the entire staff were ALWAYS friendly, accommodating, and made me feel like a valued patie

This was my first time coming here and I had an awesome experience! Karen at the front desk was so sweet & nice! Cindi was the medical assistant that attended me and she was amazing! Usually I have bad experiences where some medical assistants don’t know what they’re doing but she was knowledgeable, polite, and sweet! I will definitely be back for any future medical issues or necessities and will definitely recommend to family & friends!

went to Trinity clinic for a check up. I was greeted by a very polite receptionist which the receptionist was doing double job. She was doing everything I believe her name was Jamie, that was the only good part about the clinic the rest the clinic was dirty. The doctor takes like 30 minutes to talk to you even if they are not busy and when he comes in your room, he talks to you for three minutes in and out and just like that the hundred dollars that you wasted for a visit is gone or just talking to five minutes for the doctor and then for the pharmacist to charge me even more

I ran into this clinic while driving, looking to get a Covid test on a holiday at 5pm!!! I noticed that the clinic was opened but closing early due to the holiday but the lady (Claudia )in the front was so welcoming. She took her time with me, very through with protocols, very informative and had a smile in her face ( even though she was about to close due to a holiday). I has such a pleasant experience due to the circumstances. I went back recently and Claudia was there, still very welcoming and polite. I would recommend this clinic to anyone due to the customer service I was given back to back.
