From the moment I walked into the waiting area, to the moment I left, I felt comfortable, seen, and valued. My visit with Amy Labib was thorough, informative, and cooperative. I felt like my input was valued and thoroughly considered, to make a plan for my healthcare that was customized for me, and not a cookie cutter template used for everyone. Everyone on staff at this practice is courteous and professional, but also genuinely friendly. Amy Labib is exceptional, and I trust her care plan completely. The entire practice is truly great, and I would recommend them to everyone.

I have followed Amy Labib to the newly opened Norcross office. Amy spent time with me reviewing my labs, daily routine and medications. I highly recommend her as she has helped me control my type 2 diabetes for several years.

I absolutely love this office! It’s clean, friendly and the entire experience is always wonderful. Amy Labib patiently listens to me and I don’t feel rushed. She explains my symptoms, lab results and involves me in decisions regarding my treatment. I feel that I matter and confident that my health is in good hands. Nikhita is also very kind, attentive and works with me to make sure I get what I need.

I arrived at 1:30 for my 1:50 appt. I had emailed my insurance info over and no one checked it prior to my arrival so I had to wait while that was done. It took about 30 min and I was annoyed. Everyone was nice and apologetic about it, but Amy said I should let the office manager aware. Don’t call patients and ask them for their new insurance and then when they do what you ask you don’t verify it. I also want to add that the phlebotomist is beyond amazing. I didn’t catch her name. But I’ve had her twice now and she has been so kind, caring, calm and patient. I’m not the easiest stick and she is so good at her job. Keep her forever. She’s the absolute best! 22stars!!!!

Amy is absolutely AMAZING and I couldn’t ask for a better Endocrinologist office! Her bedside manner is unmatched, and she is extremely understanding. She looks at your whole body while taking everything into account when taking action for any new diagnosis’/problems under her realm of practice.
