Braces Now

Got my retainers here five years ago. Service is amazing as usual, which is the reason I came back. They made my retainers and I was able to have them the same day. Also, their pricing was very reasonable. I drove all the way from Sandy Springs for them.

my experience at braces now was honestly really good everyone there always made me feel comfortable and welcomed every visit, i actually loved having my braces and kinda miss them already🥲🥲 but its okay. racheal especially made the taking off braces process way better she made me feel good about my teeth and not nervous about how they would look after she was really encouraging and kept the whole appointment positive and comfortable.😄😄 overall i definitely recommend braces now they take good care of you and make the whole process easy 11/10!!

When I first arrived to braces now with my sister we both were very excited. The staff were very nice and helpful. Now that I’m done with treatment I feel great, I’m very thankful for everyone who helped me and my sister. I recommend everyone coming here.

To whoever the hiring manager is, you’ve chosen your call center extremely well. Especially yolibeth, she had taken such good care of my needs and listened to my concerns throughout our whole interaction. She was an amazing person who provided me with the details as needed; along with Dr.Sol who was very gentle with the way he took care of me as well as constantly making sure that I was never in any discomfort. Worst first appointment ever Last week, I went to this orthodontist office with my kid and my spouse, because my child needed some braces. I heard from some people that are frequent patients in that site had the best customer service and professionalism. I had my expectations pretty high, but my child, my spouse and I encountered a lady like in her mid 50's straight black hair, white woman, I don't know her name, because she doesn't have a name tag. At the time, they started to take the pictures of my child's teeth, this lady had an attitude towards me and my child she constantly wrote. Her eyes whenever I asked her a question about the treatment and she just said, I don't know at the moment you hire new personnel, please make sure they have enough experience to make the job well done.
