This veterinary clinic is truly exceptional. Every single employee goes above and beyond in a way you rarely see anymore, and it’s obvious how deeply they care about both the pets and their owners. Since moving to the area, I’ve brought my dogs here multiple times, and each visit somehow exceeds the last. The level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine love for animals is unmatched. I wouldn’t trust my dogs anywhere else.

I have 3 dogs - two of which are very reactive to people and other dogs. I have to exercise my dogs in my backyard and if I need to walk them, I have to do it after 9pm to ensue that I won't run into anyone. Needless to say anytime I have to bring them out in public it causes me a lot of stress. I have been going to Trickum Ridge Animal Hospital for the last couple of years due to them being right down the road from my house and I am so glad I found them. Everyone from the support staff to the Drs have been absolutely fantastic to work with. I've seen all of the Drs throughout the years and think that they are all great. We recently moved our senior dog to this practice and I have been so pleased with their level of care. From scheduling, to meeting with the doctor, to the follow up and after care, every interaction with their staff has been wonderful! So happy we made the move.

I took my senior cat in (we were looking for a new primary vet anyway) and WOW! I spoke the night before to an emergency vet and got told, because of age, that it was likely time. Dr. Lock and the wonderful staff who helped me at TR offered treatment options. Can they guarantee it will work? No. But it's worth a shot based on what they found and it DOES seem to be helping! Even if it hadn't, the fact that they were willow willing to take the time and examine her, give her fluids, and give her a shot? Means the world. My girl was still up and moving. She's back to being even more sassy already! No matter what the long term ends up bringing for my 15yo girl, this vet has given me hope and more time at the LEAST.
