Dr Patel is an excellent physician, warm welcoming and ways available. Office staff is excellent and accommodating. Tricity referral system is the worst. In the past I have waited 2-3 weeks frustrated waiting or getting in touch with their referral person either my phone, web site or email. The referral system is broken and needs work. My last visit I was re-assured that Tricity now has an updated referral system so the provider could initiate referrals themselves however 8 days later, still waiting on Tricity system to initiate the referral to my Insurance provider as the Insurance provider has no record of the Tricity referral. I wouldnt normally leave a poor review however this has happened almost everytime I require a referral and I cannot get a timely response from the Tricity office.

Really pathetic service from the office while the doctor has been great. I had done my annual labs 2 weeks back and my wife had hers a month back. The office mentions they will follow up after pur labs and provide the prescription or schedule a follow up. But none so far even after reaching out a couple of times to the office. I believe high time I need to find another PCP near me.

Been going here since it opened and Dr. Patrl is awesome however the staff and getting routine annual physical results are atrocious. Staff is very rude and gets annoyed when you have to keep calling them weekly for results since they won't call you when the results are ready. Baffling how a once great practice is now terrible.

Warning, SCAM alert for those who go for the immigration medical or just about everything else based on their conduct. Dr.Patel would not accept vaccine records and force the patients to get 4-5 vax at his clinic paying out of pocket. Otherwise, he would not clear your vaccine requirement though you have met it. We declined to “re-take” multiple vaccines per him, and in return the doctor marked us not meeting the requirements in the forms without telling us. We also found out he intentionally misplaced my spouse’s record in my packet, knowing it would make us fail the medical exam and have to go back to him for a redo/vaccine and, of course, pay him more money. Staff is also extremely unfriendly, making every visit to the office very uncomfortable.

I used to love the staff (the nurses/front desk people) but over the years I've started to really dislike the new hires that at times had attitude for no reason. The staff currently seems to be better now though. There's been so many changes to how everything operates now, like when it came to setting appointments and getting refills. It seems to get more and more difficult as time goes on. My biggest problem is trying to get them to pick up their phone. It's like they're allergic to answering their calls. I have such a hard time getting a hold of them now. I don't like going to this location, I much prefer their Cary location. I like their staff, they're so much nicer and I've not had any problems with them.
