The office staff is always very sweet and welcoming, whether it's in person or over the phone. My wait time was only a couple minutes in the front lobby. The nurse who took me back was super nice and funny! Dr. V took the time to sit and have a conversation with me. He's also taking the time to explore even more options for me and the issues I've had for years. The scheduling attendant was very thorough and even took the time to listen to my needs and have a conversation. And the check-out person was super nice as well ☺️
Had an exceptional experience at this office. Everyone was friendly. Check in was efficient. Minimal wait. All medical staff were friendly and helpful. Dr asked questions. Listened to my concerns. Took time to answer everything I was concerned with while never rushing me. I'm very pleased to have been referred to this office.
This place is AMAZING. From the initial call to set my appointment, to being welcomed by the receptionist, to meeting the doctor, DR. SMITH ( WHO BY THE WAY IS PHENOMENAL) , right down to the check out, the entire staff is welcoming, warm, and knowledgeable!
DOCTOR V. IS PHENOMENAL SO CARING HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS HEARD! So caring of a person with my surgery the delicate matter of it he still made me feel at ease!!! if I could give 10 stars I would for him!!! HOWEVER Barton Smith, MD WAS THE ON CALL DOCTOR and unfortunately there was a problem with my prescription the bottom line is PAs schedule II med orders are not acceptable to CVS , but the fact of the matter he called me back and asked about meds that had been prescribed i started to list them off and he immediately says you don’t need that!!! Then he ask me “ WHAT Is YOUR NAME?”. As if I were an inconvenience! I told him he was rude in tears and I i hung up on him! SIR YOU NOT MY SURGEON REWARDLESS YOUR JOB WAS TO MAKE SURE I WAS TAKEN CARE OF !!! He FAILED ! He made m
