Triangle Veterinary Hospital

I just started coming here with my 2 pits a couple months ago. Every time I’ve been in the staff has been incredible from the front desk, to the techs, to the vets. Even the doctor that I didn’t meet that performed my pup’s dental left a very sweet voicemail assuring she did well and he seemed very pleasant. This is exactly why I stopped going to Vetco. The people who work here care about what they do and I feel like I’m getting a thorough and efficient experience every time I come in. Genuinely love this place!

After taking my dog repeatedly to his vet for the last 10 years with what i thought were side effects from taking insulin, I decided to give Triangle Veterinary Hospital a try. My dog was collapsing without any interactions, lethargic after taking insulin. I became worried when I heard him cough and then silence a few days ago, he was lifeless on the floor. Dr. Miller, Tremaine and the rest of the staff jumped into action for my little boy, I called this morning and they made room for us. Dr. Miller explained everything to me in layman's term. My boy has fluid around his heart but with the special care that we received today I am sure he's gonna be alright. Dr. Miller is very knowledgeable around diabetes and heart issues and a great teacher.❤️

I had to get my dogs teeth cleaned and when I picked him up Reggie the vet told me that he had to have several teeth removed and went over the procedure and everything that I needed to do for care and recovery. I highly recommend Reggie and Triangle Veterinary. They were very courteous and kind and caring. Thank you to Reggie and all the staff. My dog “Boo” thanks you even more!

I am pretty surprised at the good ratings for this place. My conclusion after multiple visits is that the staff is personable, but to the point of losing professionalism, which isn’t something I want from a facility who holds so much responsibility for the health and wellbeing of my cats. The prices are also very high compared to other locations. Without going into my whole story, it is definitely worth mentioning that consistency is important (in performance, in how you and yours are treated each visit, in professionalism), and this vets office totally lacks consistency. At least, this has been my personal experience from multiple visits. I strongly recommend taking your loved animals to a different care facility.

While I had really great care from the techs and doctors, we ended up switching vets due to one reason. The front desk staff. The main woman at the front desk is consistently extremely rude, passive aggressive and cold. I am not the first person who decided to make a move because of her.
