Poor service, told it would be ten to twelve days for glasses but 6 days into wait was called and suggested a another lense that cost more just because the technician always tells everyone to get it, not because my prescription warrants it or would better suit me, just a plain ole upsell. Told them no and then asked when would they be ready. Was told they would “put a rush on it”. Twelve days after that call, still no glasses but met with an attitude when I requested refund. Actually was told no at first a they have to call insurance but after a quick recap of everything I was told I could get my refund but definitely with some spice on it. I highly recommend this store. The Staff is professionalsional and courteous. The eye wastes no time thoroughly examines your eyes and your in and out in time. The place to be! Ole Pertet

They are the best considering it is a local optometry place in the neighborhood. They take my insurance and Everytime I needed a new pair of glasses they were able to replace it at no cost. The doctors have years of experience.

I wonder what the policy is on bringing your own frames. I brought mine and they did it for free My friend came here and they said it would be $150 dollars? Otherwise great service on time minimum wait and clean space.

Always excellent customer service since I have come to this location in Lower Manhattan, NYC! Staff very courteous, polite and friendly. Ladies are always willing to help and accommodate me plus they call you when your pair of glasses is ready. I am a satisfied customer and have been for over 9+ years! ❤️🫶🏿🙏🏿 thanks just wish they had a location near my house in East Harlem.
