This office was very prompt in getting me scheduled for my wisdom teeth extractions. The ladies are the front desk were kind and organized when I arrived. Despite the other reviews, I did not have an extra long wait. I would still come prepared for wait times because this office is very transparent that sometimes the wait can be long. Dr.Simoncic is very kind hearted. He was thorough when explaining the procedure and was reassuring when I expressed some anxiousness. Thank you to the dental assistants that continued to check in on me while I waited for my procedure to start and for staying with me when it was over. Some folks in there are very nice but the ones who are rude made this 2 star rating possible. My child was scared and only one person was kind enough to make her feel at ease. You wait all day for them to rush through and not explain to a scared child what they are doing. It truly appears this place overbooks and is money driven. Glad this was a one time thing. The doctor was nice enough. But the older lady who brought my child out after surgery lied to me. I asked why my child had to walk out and everyone else was wheeled out. She said that she walks all her patients out because what are we going to do when we get home. That was a lie because she was wheeling another child out directly before she made my child walk. First I would like to say thank you, they did take care of my husband mouth quickly too after we got the financial situation taken care of. So that's where I have a recommendation when someone makes an appointment let them know up front just because there insurance is accepted there doesn't mean it will cover the whole bill. Also let them know that they may have to spend anywhere from $0-$500 for the visit but there are payment options through loan services if accepted. Which most people are even on bad credit. The Cherry loan services is good for the bad credit or fair credit people. I am saying all these things because I'm sure like My husband and myself many others are on a fixed income but really need this work done. The office people are nice and helpful. They are really busy. The dental assistants and the dentists were all nice and good at their jobs. The only bad thing is the waiting time as everyone else faces. I had an appointment at 10am, but I was in the waiting room until about 2:15pm. I am a patient person and had read the reviews previously, so I knew going in that there would be a wait. That waiting time is the only negative thing. The people were all great. I would definitely return if I needed more surgery done.
