Tri-State Pharmacy deserves every bit of 5⭐. I went to cut my husband's pills in half w/ my pill cutter & they were already cut,,,40+ tiny pills cut. I was impressed. I'm grateful for that entire team. Thank you!!

From 4: They understood i needed the same medicine I've been on for years, rumor said they switched, when I went, I was scared they switched mine too, but he looked me up, and said yes, we have yours! Lady even helped bandage my hand where I got burnt! Thanks guys, your the best!

The best caring staff for all your pharmacy needs!

Hands down one of the best pharmacies I've used to date! From the super friendly staff to the best pharmacists around, 5 stars aren't enough!! I love the RXLocal app, which makes refills and communication a breeze. Their delivery drivers are so kind and friendly. From explaining our meds, to showing me how to use equipment my husband needs, the team at Tri State are knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, efficient and friendly. We appreciate everyone at this pharmacy!

I won't go anywhere else. They know my son's and I personally and we are treated extremely well any time we walk in. I LOVE Jimmy the delivery driver, it makes my day when I see him coming up our driveway. This pharmacy is honest, they aren't just trying to get your money, I've asked about medications, vaccines in particular, and without persuading me in either direction anyone who answered my questions has been extremely honest and provided me with resources to find the information to make the best decision for me and my family, not the best decision for their profits. I love this pharmacy. I'd recommend it over any other one in Weirton or the surrounding areas.
