Ted's Plaza Pharmacy

I've been using Ted's Pharmacy for over a year now and I love the staff, the service, and the friendly atmosphere. The ladies there are always smiling and asking how things are going and they love when I bring my daughter in to say hello.🤗 They accept multiple different medical insurances including WV MedicAid, which is super convenient. They also sell misc. merchandise, including household and personal care items. It's sometimes my one stop shop for our prescriptions and simple things I may have forgotten at the store. We also love that they sell such beautiful jewelry and Precious Moments Memorabilia and Collectibles. Ted is also such a caring pharmasict, he really goes above and beyond for his patients.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff here are contradictory, discriminatory and disrespectful. The lack of compassion and service is disgusting especially during this time when we are supposed to be engaging in social distancing. All but one medication can be delivered to patients to avoid exposure and I don't understand why those individuals have less value. I will never go here again and don't recommend this place to anyone else.

Teds is so amazing they have a lot of nice things u can buy like wv snow gloves bells and shot glasses pirates and steelers stuff like hoodies shirts baby onesies and they have precious moments snow globe music boxes u can buy plus regular precious moments and ted is a super nice guy and u can always enter to win something he's made like right now there's a painting up for someone to win that he did himself and its beautiful!!!! Really great pharmacy to be a customer at!!!

A family member was just discriminated against because of the type of medication this family member receives... They were treated extremely rudely when asked about a copy of their pharmacy rules and regulations, so that no further miscommunication between the pharmacy and patient would occur. The pharmacy stated they could not do so, because it is not in writing. Therefore would this not be considered discrimination? Had it actually been a policy, would it not have already been in writing? Shame on you.

We go to this pharmacy regularly. I appreciate their warm and helpful service, as well as some of the products they have on the shelves.
