All I can say is, before you buy from here please check on Amazon. Ten minutes after I left the store. I checked Amazon and found the same exact scooter (name brand and all) that I paid $248 for was $95. I then called the store to try and return it and they said it would be a 25% restocking fee. They would not charge workman’s comp for scooter so I had to pay out of pocket. If I had known that about workman’s comp I would’ve bought from Amazon any way. Hope this helps someone save a little money

We were looking for a fast reliable service to install a chair lift for our elderly parent during the Holliday period and received that and more from Tri-State Medical. They were helpful, informative and honest in their opinions which allowed us to pick the right product. I would definitely recommend them.

Great staff, courteous, good, honest communication. They made time in a booked up schedule to come out and replace a motor on our lift chair. I thank the entire organization for their prompt help in getting the chair back in service.

Let me say this Mr Roy is compassionate person but his maintenance tech is a cheap scape took my daughter wheel chair up there they tried to get me to pay 80 dollars an hour to look at it took the part to the back and then came back out pretty quick plugged it back up in 2 seconds said my part was burn out then I looked at it he stole my daughter shifter cause rubber piece was not popping off so I know rite then and there I knew he switch the controller out and was trying to charge us 400.00 for a new one! Every time I go up there the tech is sell used stuff on the side to profit his pockets but when I comfronted him about my daughters chair he got irritated and jumped in to my face this place need too fire that technician and find someone that is there to help the disabled I won’t even gi

Shout out to Art and Roy! They showed up at my door READY! they were professional and respectful and they cleaned up all of their boxes and trash so that was a PLUS lol. This was their first time putting a cubby bed together and they NAILED it, I’m happy I chose this place as my DME supplier for my daughter. Not to mention the women of the front office put in that work when it came to answering the phone, handling faxes and emails for my daughter, a huge thank you to Tri state medical supplies .
