Tri-Lakes Family Care & Urgent Care

I have had the privilege of seeing Carolyn Clark and Matthew Marshall in recent months. They both are kind, down to earth, and very empathetic. They take their time to get to know you and help form the best plans of care for you. Their nurses Heidi and Karyn are also so kind and easy to talk to when I have had questions. But I think the best part is the convenience of their office. You can walk in to be seen or make an appointment. They have X-ray on site, and in house labs. I would highly recommend them both for primary care and urgent care to anyone in the area.

There are some conveniences here that I appreciate — short wait times, walk-ins are welcome, and they have an on-site lab and X-ray machine, which is handy. Unfortunately, the downsides have outweighed the positives for my family over time. Communication is a major issue. When labs are run, don't expect a follow-up call with results. I only found out my child had severely low iron and was anemic when a different doctor caught it — this office never reached out. That kind of oversight is unacceptable when it comes to a child's health. Getting a referral to a specialist is nearly impossible, and when one is given, the follow-through is slow at best. Our family has been going to Tri-Lakes Family Care & Urgent Care for almost 5 years. Both of our children go here as well as me and my husband. We appreciate that our primary care allows walk-ins for urgent care so we can get most all of our care all in one place from the same team. They also do lab draws in the clinic, which is very convenient. We feel like the providers listen and want to help. The nurses, front desk ladies, and check out ladies are also very kind and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone needing primary or urgent care (or both)! Thank you, Tri-Lakes!

A 30 minute swim on a cruise excursion in Honduras left me with a MRSA bacterial infection in my abdominal wall that turned into a serious health emergency. Anyone reading this who likes cruises, do yourself a favor and skip water related activities in Roatan. I was very fortunate to have had Dr. Matthew Marshall provide expert care and instruction that put me on a path to speedy recovery. I trust Dr. Marshall. He is a fantastic doctor. In addition, all staff I have interacted with during checkups have displayed the utmost competence and professionalism.

I was referred here by family members. I have been looking for a new PCP for quite some time. It's difficult as a traveling nurse to try and get something lined up. Scheduling was easy . The facility is awesome! And Carolyn Clark is just as wonderful! I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a PCP or Urgent Care services.
