248 Dental does wonderful work. They were especially caring with my 4 year old who now loves the dentist and is excited to go back! I also have had cleanings done and everyone is very clean and professional.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The staff are wonderful! I had to get an emergency root canal and he fit me in his day. Each time I needed treatment, I got an appointment pretty fast. The dentist was gentle on my teeth and a very sweet man! You can tell that he loves what he does. I can't recommend him enough.

I came here for a second opinion after finding out that I needed major dental work performed. I met with Dr heitman and decided to get the work done here, because the estimate was slightly more conservative and I got a good feeling from the staff. Almost a year later and I can say that after completing my work, I know I made the right choice. The work seemed very professional and I got the feeling that the Dr and the assistants both were invested in my outcome. Special shout-out to Madison who was wonderful to work with. I would recommend this office to others!

I had some dental work done recently and I am confident with my smile again! It also has put my mind at ease with some of the issues I've had. Dr. Heitman and his staff were very professional and accommodating. I recommend them and I will be going back.

I had 3 different visits here, 1 for myself and 2 kids to get cleanings, and 2 different procedures for both children. I was told my insurance would cover my children's cleanings and procedures as our insurance covers dependents dental, we never had to pay for them when leaving (these visits were over the course of 3 weeks). I got a call a few weeks after the last visit that we had not met our deductible for insurance and needed to pay $985.00 for all the work done. As I investigated this, it shows on my insurance claims this dentist is out of network, so we were never in network to begin with, this is not something that was ever told to me throughout these visits as we would have gone somewhere else in network.
