I had been seeing their neurologist for about a year. A week before my most recent appointment, I received a call that their neurologist quit, and their replacement neurologist also quit the second day on the job. This office has not offered to help me find a new neurologist. No office will give me an appointment without a referral - so, now I have to go to my primary care doctor, get a referral, wait however long it takes to get a new patient appointment all while hoping I don't run out of my migraine prescriptions. I'd give zero stars if I could. I hadn't made any reviews about how long the wait usually is to even be seen by your doctor. My husband d waited 2 hours. I've waited so long I had to actually reschedule.

I am deeply disappointed with this practice. I went originally to see the Neurologist. He was very disrespectful, lone and behold he quit. They replaced him and then that guy also quit and they kept pushing my appointment back weeks. Finally they cannot get a neurologist to come work for them, so I see the regular doctor, sure, fine. My main issue is NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. No matter how many times you try, you cannot get ahold of anyone. This place is extremely disorganized. They have the accountant if your lucky answer the phone. They will forget over and over again to fill your prescription. I have been waiting as of now a week for one refill on. my medication. I call everyday and cannot get ahold of anyone that works there. I genuinely am concerned to if they are even open or went ou

Dr. Cassard and nurses and staff are wonderful.

Dr Velasquez goes the extra mile by exhausting all avenues to ensure you have a positive outcome and her nursing staff also. Thank you

Very disappointed in this office and how they handle things will be looking elsewhere for care.
